Oh, goodness, it's Wednesday already. It's Handmade Giveaway Day!
And....um, I'm not quite ready. I mean, I've been doing the crafting for this giveaway day in my head. That's helpful for the planning stage, but to actually produce something, I need to craft with my hands, too. But my hands have been busy with things like this...
It's really hard to pick out just the right tree, you know. (that wasn't it).
This is a hint of what I'm working on for you...
...only, it won't be made by my eight-year-old (orange jacket) and it most definitely won't be made with manicured bright red fingernails because, oh, let's just say I have the fingernails of a gardener. That sounds so much better than calling them "chipped, broken, unpainted...". Those beauties belong to a mom at the 4H meeting today.
Back to the Handmade Giveaway Day...Leave a comment if you're interested in a stack of handmade cards (not as shown) and some sort of fabric-y thing, either a bag or a pouch (we'll find out once it's sewn and I can figure out which it looks most like!).
Maybe I'll get a photo of my progress up tomorrow, Thursday, (but definitely by Friday. Update! Here are the photos!)
